5 lessons from 2018
Wishing all the readers an amazing year ahead. The new year is a time of self-reflection.So here is a page from my diary where I have mentioned five lessons that I learned from 2018. 1. The effectiveness of a joke does not lie in the tongue of the speaker but the ear of the hearer For me, 2018 was full of instances where my jokes were misinterpreted. Though humor is nice jokes can turn out to be ugly if it is beyond the comprehension of the listener. 2. Never let a fool kiss you or a kiss fool you That is a quote by Joey Adams and I can't agree more. (not just a quote but my favorite quote) 3. If going gets tough the tough get going I guess all of us have been through rough and tough times throughout the year. But there have been times equally pleasing.
